In 20 years working in corporate marketing, sales and communications departments, Ellyn Ludden has developed expertise in each of these areas and others. Her expertise ranges from developing new products in small, private companies and as an officer for a Fortune 100 firm, giving her an understanding of the problems – and solutions – that exist within organizations of all sizes.

What’s your process for working with a new client? 

I begin with a custom needs assessment that looks at all aspects of their business. We make recommendations based on what my client’s goals are and how we can help achieve them. Then, I prepare a comprehensive report that identifies strengths and opportunities, for the whole organization or for a specific department or team.

What is Team Summit all about? 

Taking my knowledge and experience in corporate America to help more organizations succeed, I specialize in business and management consulting focusing on communications. The end goal of my programs are my clients having AHAs and increasing team and personal effectiveness. I use the Extended DISC® tools designed to help improve individual, team and organizational performance. We get people literally outside to experience new ways of thinking and working together to succeed as a team and individually.
